We are very soory to point out that there is no
Provision for making complaint whenever Telephone
is dead.Earlier there are several BSNL Phones
are available for mking a Complaint.But due to
faulty services there are no BSNL Fixed phone
services.

Your people are not taking complaint over their
phones provided by the Department.

We are suggesting you to kindly provide a provision
in your Websiite for making a complaint on all your
services.

As far as my problem is concerned my phone
is giving problem frequently since six months.
The complaint is being attended at their will
and pleasure.

In the recent occation your people have
taken more than 10 days for rectifyng the
problem.

As and when the phone is dead we are registering
Complaint through some other BSNL Phone.This
service is also faulty.while making complaint
the line is being diconnected several times.
Some times though we made a complaint which
is not being recorded in your system several times.

Kindly see that my service is giving un-interruptedly.
Otherwise there is no alternative to switch over to
some other service.
