sir,
i have discunnected my bsnl landline connection (05446254987) before last 5months,but still today i am not getting my deposit money back whereas i have no dues and i also surrender my hand set to bsnl,i have also recive stam of above. some employee of our bsnl zone asking me rs.500/ for getting my deposit money fast.what should i do now please suggest me.
