Having trouble using BSNL landline
I am using BSNL Landline number 0120-2606232 since April 2010. My purpose was to take BSNL was just to facilitate broad band facility provided by BSNL. I never got any bill from BSNL. Only thing I got a call from telephone exchange that they will disconnect my phone if I do not pay the bill by 28th every month. Initially I choose a limited plan i.e., 500/- plan in which I was allowed to download 2.5 GB of data. I did not get any written or verbal communication from BSNL personal regarding how to track my download status online. On 28 May 2010, I gave an application to customer care center BSNL, Shakti Khand-I, Indirapuram regarding change in the plan. I gave a written request to change the limited plan to unlimited plan (i.e., 900 C). No one on customer care/telephone exchange does know how to check the status of my request. They also did not provide me any recieving for my plan change request. In the month on June 2010, as usual I went to customer care center (indirapuram) to collect the duplicate bill for that month(As I did not get any bill from BSNL since April 2010). I found that the bill amount was 4250, for which there was no detail in the bill. When I asked the customer care center executive he told me that my plan was changed on 01-07-2010. Where as it should be 01-06-2010. I do not know what to do. But when I went to SDO (Mr. R.C Parsad) in the telephone exchange, Indirapuram, for disconnection of my number, he refused my application and talked to me arogently. He told that he will not disconnect do whatever you can do. I told him that this is not fair as I do not require BSNL because I am not happy with the services provided by you. He told me that he is not going to disconnect the number do whatever you want to do. I am really very afraid as I think that I got stuck with in BSNL personals. Kindly help me out.
