Respected Sir,
we have paid installation charges for BSNL broadband for our existing landline no.08415-233114.in JUNE 2009 which was never configured and activated on our system but from that we,re getting regularly RS750/- month ,rental extra .Eventhough we requested(written) the local SDOT ,BADANPET,BSNL to disconnect the line in October 2009 he never accepted And continued to send bill on suspended phone and never used Internet. Now I ve paid Rs11.623.00/- +Rs.2000/- for installation and disconnect the phone.The people at the office were very uncooperative from the beginning.I request you to revise my bill by checking the functional status of my phone and do the needful.
