    Default Incompetent services from Airtel

    Dear Idiots of BHARTI AIRTEL,

    I regret, why I accepted your false promise and continued my broadband connection despite having endless ****ING problem since the day one I bought this connection to my company.
    While taking connection we also got two land line number for no. use(080-41250849 and 080-41250848).

    If BHARTI AIRTEL useless officials go through the below mail, you will notice the problem face by us from the day one we purchased this connection.
    List of problem is mentioned below:
    1. We paid for plan HOME SHOP 1249 with a speed of 1MBPS, but we got the speed of 512KBPS with a different plan.
    2. Land line number 08041250849 have the problem of ringing continuously with any call. (this problem was solved after three month when we placed a request for cancellation)

    Now number 3:
    I think the number keep counting even in coming days which is enough proof of GREAT BHARTI AIRTEL quality services.

    My 3rd problem. ( last but not least from Airtel )
    We never failed to pay our outstanding bill despite our landline is disconnected. After complaining twice and thrice also, the problem doesn’t get solve. In fact the customer care officers are irresponsible to their maximum heights.

    Its been two month now and we are working without landline. Situation has gone ridiculous and we are missing lots of important customers call. I REALLY REGRET ABOUT THIS CONNECTION. NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A CHEAP SERVICES.

    MY LAST REQUEST TO BHARTI AIRTEL:
    I am sorry for the word which I used and I thank BHARTI AIRTEL to provide wonderful services since day one.

    MY LAST REQUEST IS: PLEASE CANCEL THE CONNECTION AND TAKE YOUR INSTRUMENT BACK. I AM READY TO PAY WHATEVER AMOUNT BHARTI AIRTEL DEMAND FOR EXIT.

    NOTE: I do not want any excuses and sorry, just cancel your connection.

    Default still no action since more then 21 days.

    With deep dissatisfaction!

    Still no action is been taken despite sent a mail about the issue. I understand BHARTI AIRTEL doesn’t have the capability to solve this problem hence I requested to cancel the connection and take back the instrument. BHARTI AIRTEL failed to do even this.

    I used all possible vulgar languages to take out my frustration but still it doesn’t effect to appellate authority or nodal officer, sounds like they decided not to work honestly for their company and just want to take their salary or this might be the management style of BHARTI AIRTEL.

    I wanted to spread this mail to reach maximum people including BHARTI AIRTEL competitors.
    Let see now at least may take any action.
