As we are using BSNL landline Service with Broadband Servies, since last year. what is Problem that we are facing
1.The Broadband is not working thats is not the major issue , the major issue is BSNL employees is not working , He attitude is really make me shameful. how he talk about complaint , We complainted several time but his repsonse was nill, and frustating , i donot know why he has so much attitude, what was his last statement " Jab hoga tab hoga ,kahi bhi complaint kar do jaha tumhri marji me aaye, kissi se bhi dar nahi lagata". i was shocked to hear such rubbish sentance, but i am confident about senior officers and other persons and consumer court so i didnot losse my patience at that time.... after hearing such statement i was thinking thats .. its was just like ..thats as he has purchase BSNL itself . so
2.broadband is not working due to landline, as we are paying witout any service is this acceptable so ..we will not pay for the nill service.
Please do something for these type people, how the can rule over the consumer, why they forget nation is paying them ..why they dont hav any fear. please teach them a lesson so thats we can say proudly " We have Proud to be an Indain".
and we will not pay for the nill service.. so this bill should be nill .as we didnot get any service
