Lack of service - bsnl
Complaints:
I have surrendered my telephone (044-25567148) and got the acknowledgement slip Ref # FC09/16869 dated 22.02.2010. I was asked to come and meet them after April 22nd 2010. The information given was that I would receive the cheque within a week, the same dialogue was repeatedly given by the bsnl staff staff. Later in July the response is the same. We went directly to BSNL office in Vepery (H.O – Chennai) and had a very bad experience, we were directed to each and every department as the staffs in the respective departments are blaming each other.Atlast we were made to wait and meet one Mr.Palaniappan (044-26618172) on 9th July 2010 with the same response says “we have 150 cheques to send which is yet not signed by the DGM” and our section is not responsible for this “See how inflexibility creeps in to an aged system. No one is willing to take initiatives. He did give us the cheque number # 028724 dated 28.06.2010 amount # Rs.2605/-. This cheque should have left your office by 09.06.2010 (information given by the respective department). Getting help thorough BSNL officers directly has been much worse with some really dumb and unrelated responses that I have received for my clarifications.
