my land phone number is 04895252213 [lakshadweep, kalpeni] . i am facing the problem of frequent long term telephone faults since last 6 years. we changed the position of our land phone only once with authorities help and still now they r blaming this for the cause of fault every time . we r caring telephone with a separate stand for it and cover it with a cloath. they have taken away faulty connection box 6 years back and till now they have not replaced it. for the last 4 months phone is not working continuously. now we r paying the rents without any benefit . no able technician is there to correct these problems. JTO mr Attakoya was given written request many a time to help us on this matter but he did not turn up. the technician mr koya akkara house is an un educated man.He him self openly admits that he he doesnt know how to operate things. we are fed up writing complaints many times in the complaint book. (book itself will speak). the phone no of telecome office is 04895252298, JTO 04895252600. if we contact first no they say contact jto(next no). why we should pay without getting service, and the the authorities r not turning up even with repeated humble requests. kindly help us as early as possible as only old parents and my mentally retarded sister is staying in the house. i am staying in kerala and my brother who used to contact these telephone authorities is also staying away from home. till now we r getting injustice to this problem as no body is bothered about the problems of lakshadweep. that is why these people r behaving like this. kindly help us on this matter. we will be grateful to u.
