Sub: Land phone Complaint.

Respected Sir,

My Land Line number is 0474. 2663668. (Mrs.Ambujakumari. C, Nisanth Bhavan, Nirappuvilla, Sadanandapuram, Kottarakara, Kollam, Kerala,) this number last six month not working but we received your bill correct days we paying this amount. But not rectifying the complaints in this time we register the complaint your 198 automatically complaint register systems, your website and our nearest telephone exchange (Sadanadapuram, Kottarakara) weekly one time but not rectifying the complaints and not received any answer. Your staffs not take any responsibility of these complaints.

I am staying in Chennai my native place there my father, mother and brother staying in Kottarakara. I can not able to contact there last four months. So kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible..

Kindly do the needful help. I am waiting four your favourable replay.
