Sub: Regarding refund of Security Deposit of Rs.3000/=. I would like to inform that Land Line PCO NO.080-41144064 disconnected by Airtel on 15th of September 2011, after that there is no services on this PCO 080-41144064 till today. They have given various request nos., when I contacted them regarding this problem but in vain. There is no response from Airtel. I already upset on this sent email also asking for refund since Land line PCO 080-41144064 already disconnected treated to be as cancelled and refund my security deposit of Rs.3000/- with compensation for no services from them till today since this PCO is for public. As I have to give services to public and get collection from them in turn I have to pay Airtel bills. Though various complaints and faxed many times on this but no responses from their concern. Instead of resolving sending messages as "We have not received overdue payment of Rs.2105 for your Airtel Fixed Line". Actually this is Landline PCO (STD BOOTH).

Therefore, Please intervene in this matter redress my grievance and arrange for refund of my security deposit of Rs.3000/-.
