Landline problem

My telephone was not working for the period of September 2009 to March 2010, JE visited me and said "Sir, u just pay d bill, i will get it adjusted in the coming bills".

Till date the same is not adjusted or refunded and he is acting irresponsibly with the customers,

No quality service, still my landline has a major problem which he is not rectifying till date
