My landline phone number 29534439 is not since last ten days. From 2nd August i am complaining regarding the not functioning of the phone and internet but all in vain. On Friday i.e. 06.08.201, I made hundreds of call to all your executives but no one was able to solve my problem and due to which I suffered a lot my important call was suppose to come from Australia and this thing I told to Mr.Dang your south Delhi area SDO, and you can verify from his cell phone that how many times I called him up and only two times he answered my call but after that also still my phone is not working. The most important thing is that your SDO who is so responsible and he requested to his staff the area line man Mr.Jagdish but nothing was done and it is shameful that still my phone is not working and nor I got any courtesy call from your Staff for not attended the complaint. I called up in the exchange of Haujkhas and one lady said " teekh hai madam isko
VIP me dalwa deti hoon but after all the efforts still its not working.

Sir I request you to please look into my problem and the days for which my phone was not working may be adjusted in the next bill if I am not wrong.
