    Default Legal Notice from Airtel

    Hello Sir,

    I m a customer of airtel for the last 6 years.I had both broadband and landline connection.My landline number is 0755-4038193 and internet id is 075512117597_mp.

    I had requested for dicountinuation of this landline service effective from Sep 2010, to which customer care associate told me that he is forwarding my request.i didn’t get any instant call from airtel but my telephone line automatically got disconnected after 1-2 months

    From Sep onwards I am only paying my broadband bill and still using broadband service and have not missed a single payment

    Today I got legal notice from airtel lawyer asking me to pay telephone bill Rs 1420 till dec 2010 in next 7 days.

    Now I don't understand the commitments of Airtel. I really did not expect this level of unprofessionalism from a reputed brand like airtel specially with their old customers

    Default Last Day of notice period

    Finally i got a call from airtel Representative.He said they are working on it and will solve the issue as soon as possible

    Today is last day of one-week legal notice period given by Airtel.Looks like Airtel left me with no options

    Default Legal notice from TATA DOCOMO

    I am using TATA DOCOMO for few months. My payment was regular in nature.
    Suddently my connection was removed without any prior notice and I lost many client contacts and I also assume that I too have a potential business loss due to the same reason.

    My tata docomo numer is 9035010384.

    I complained to the customer care many time and wrote mail explaining the same but they eventually asked me to go to service centre and pay Rs50 to get a new SIM .Due the nature of my job I am mostly outstationed and hence could not do the same.

    After a month they send me legal notice to pay some outstanding amont along with Rs1000 legal service charges.
    I dont understand why does a company spend so much money and effort in collection and legal process while they could have sent a duplicate SIM and couriered to my locaton. This act would have eaned a more loyal customer.

    I dont mind paying the amount to them but who will pay for my damages because of the technical error from their side and which even they are not aware of.

    Default Legal proceedings by Airtel

    My complaint reference number is 833408

    I was a subscriber of Airtel for a long time and was very satisfied with the service. Subsequently when I shifted my residence I requested the Airtel customer care to transfer my connection to my new residence. The customer care executive informed me that my new locality does not have an Airtel connection. As a result i requested the executive to register a request for cancellation in August 2010. The executive transfered my call to the cancellation department who informed me that my request has been processed.

    Now almost after 8 months i receive a call from some person claiming to be the legal representative of the company and threatening me of legal proceedings if i don't pay my outstanding amount within the net one hour.

    When i called the customer care executive about the issue. I am now informed that the line was not disconnected and was continuously being used till November 2010. I don't understand how the connection can be used after being cancelled. Not only that how can i be responsible for the use when I no longer stay at that place and have sold the house a long back in August 2010 when i requested the cancellation.
    I registered a complaint today but have not received any amicable resolution yet while i continue getting threatening calls from the so called legal counsel of Airtel from some court in Delhi. This is a nice way that Airtel has devised to loot its loyal customers

    I was even contemplating of immediately shifting to an Airtel broadband connection once the lines are installed in my new place of residence as i currently using a cable connection which has very poor quality.
    However after this incidence I don't think i'll ever be using any of Airtel's services in future.

    I want to make a complaint for deactivation of our Broadband line in spite of paying the bill. We had taken 10 land line connections mainly for intercom purpose (we also took an Airtel broadband connection). However Airtel did not activate Intercom till April 14 in spite of several requests and phone conversations. STD has not been activated yet. Getting fed up of all this, I cancelled all our landline numbers on 25.04.2011.

    Now Airtel has deactivated our broadband services in spite of us clearing their broadband bill. Coming to our landline connections, is it logical for Airtel to expect us to pay for services (Intercom & STD) that were not offered. Another problem that I would like to mention is why Airtel has been billing us from 16.02.2011 onwards? We did not get our land lines activated till 01.03.2011. We even got a voice welcome conformation email on 01.03.2011.

    Now from 10.04.2011 onwards, Airtel deactivated all our landlines due to non-payment. We on the other hand wanted our problems sorted out before we wanted to pay. However they went ahead and deactivated our landlines in spite of our requests. So on 20.04.2011, I called to ask why our land lines were deactivated and why our intercom and STD were nonfunctional, Airtel gives us a reply that intercom has been activated on 14.04.2011, but due to non-payment, we will not know whether it works or not. We have also requested Airtel to send a representative to our office to settle this matter, but they have been non cooperative regarding our complaint.

    All of our complaints have gone no where, and I would like Airtel to settle this matter asap.

    Angry Airtel landline disconnection 0120 4232328

    My service requests no.s are 39501128, 40690118, 1474114 etc.
    My case is very similar to the one quoted below. A resident of ghaziabad I asked my phone to be shifted airtel told me that they had no service in the new area where I got my flat, so they suggested me to get it disconnected, which I did. After so many calls they finally accepted my disconnection request and so I returned the modem and phone set to their noida office on 10 dec 2010. I enquired abt the remaining bill and paid the same and again RECONFIRMED that my disconnection will be processed and completed,for which I got an affirmed reply. SO I thought my jobs been done.
    I moved out of india with my wife after that. Now when I am back after 4-5 months AIRTEL people called me to pay remaining bill generated in prev. months of Jan-Mar 2011??? My flat was locked all this time and there was no burgalry (even if to use the internet!!) during this time. I have got passports stamped as a proof of that. Now this lady threatens me with legal notice, which I will duly reply with if i am sent one.

    With so many calls and threats, I feel so harassed unnecessarily and wonder why didnt I believe other people who told me not to use Airtel.
    I am very very disappointed with the way Airtel has dealt this with, although I as an honest customer has fulfilled all their procedures to my best, to get the disconnection.
    I will make sure this goes out to every person and every customer so they know the facts and not get harassed like I am getting at the moment.

    Default Airtel Is sharing data

    Hello,

    I yesterday got the Legal notice from One Sheetal Patel & Assciates, which mentioned the same number, it only shows agreement no. and states I have taken vehical loan and not paid some 2 lacks odd.

    I feel the same is from some marketing people of this company.. really fed up of airtel

    Due to The address is same as it Mentioned on Airtel Bill i am going to Log Police complaint regarding This
