Hello Sir,
I m a customer of airtel for the last 6 years.I had both broadband and landline connection.My landline number is 0755-4038193 and internet id is 075512117597_mp.
I had requested for dicountinuation of this landline service effective from Sep 2010, to which customer care associate told me that he is forwarding my request.i didn’t get any instant call from airtel but my telephone line automatically got disconnected after 1-2 months
From Sep onwards I am only paying my broadband bill and still using broadband service and have not missed a single payment
Today I got legal notice from airtel lawyer asking me to pay telephone bill Rs 1420 till dec 2010 in next 7 days.
Now I don't understand the commitments of Airtel. I really did not expect this level of unprofessionalism from a reputed brand like airtel specially with their old customers
