I applied for a new connection at my residence at Sector 4 Dwarka on 1st of this month.My customer Identy no is 2053334556 & OB No is 13143.More than 12 days have passed I am yet to get the land line connection as well as the internet connection.While applying for the new connection I was made to understand that the connection will be provided with int a day or two.I tried to contact the area SDO which is 25073534 & also Mb no 9868280101 but no body is lifting the phone inspite of the bell ringing at the other end.Number given of higher officer which is 25074040/ 4043 that no. is also not being lifted inspite of repeated attempt from my end.Such a casual approach from the agency is resulting in lot of hardship to me .You are requested to to take up the issue with he concened .
