In the month of June I shifted my residence from Airoli(Navi Mumbai) sector 14 to sector 10. Once the shifting is over MTNL TOOK 15 DAYS for giving internet connection after following up so many times.
After the giving the connection from the date of connection and till 29th October, we could not use the internet for our needs.
Everyday around 6pm the internet connection goes off and may come in the next day morning after 8am. We have our relatives at US and the purpose of using this only for talking to them.
But the internet never worked after 6pm and we being in office not utilized the morning avilability much.
I have given 50 complaints for the last 4 months, and they have send various peoples to set the issues. I have recorded phone coversation of MTNL staff where they have accepted the problem. Every day they give some solution by givingnew Modem(4 modem changed) and sending some staff. But it never worked for us and they have collected bill every month for braod band for last 5 months
When i meet senior manager at REBELLA, they contacted the server person and nothing useful happend. I surrendered my internet, but they have told me to wait for onemonth. As of now i have not cancelled my surrender request and work order is still there.
Now i have requested them to waive of the bill amount and they agreed in principle but nothing has happened.
Now I have not remitted my bill and immediately they disconnected my land line also. For the last 5-6 months they have charged atleast 3000 as INTERNET charges without giving service.
