MTNL's landline and broadband services for a large number of customers in Anushaktinagar and Cheetah Camp were disrupted due to theft of cable from 6th September to 13th September. Quality of customer care service provided in the period was horrible. It is necessary to point out that the month of September saw a formidable 25% downtime which is unacceptably bad service provided in a metro.

Earlier when I had problems with my telephone, they replaced a cable and tied the uninsulated cables and let them hang loose. Touching it accidentally gives electric shocks.
