I have an mtnl landline at new delhi, ph no. - 26154007.
Since a month, it has become defective with too much disturbance & voice cannot be heard at all. Inspite of complaints repeatedly by phone , mtnl has not repaired the connection to-date.
Their complaint nos. 198 & 1504 are defective so one cannot register complaints through them. 197 refuses to listen to complaints. Officials are oblivious to repeated appeals and requests.
Kindly help me as this is causing a lot of inconvenience. Mtnl delhi has no online complaint system.

Hi sir/mam,
My home phone no is 26043556 which is dead last 1 week and because of that I have so much trouble. Please rectify this issue and activate my home phone as soon as possible.

I have MTNL landline from last 3 years the no is 011-22711511.
From last one year this no is not working..i have made complain so many times..but there is no any response..

Now i understand why people dont want the MTNL connection..because of the service
