With reference to the above, I have to advise that I had applied for new Land Line Connection and in response to my application the concern Sub. Divisional Engineer at Poisar Kandivali (West) has release the Work Order No. 7986 on 26th May 2010 and send it to the concern Sub. Div. Engineer Shri Chauhan for execution of the work order.
On 2nd June 10 I have visited the Office of Shri Chauhan and request the concern staff to execute the work order as early as possible. As advised by the concern staff that today or latest by tomorrow the connection will be at your residence( as the concern staff has to do nothing as my previous line is there up to my residence only they have to brought phone and to connect it at junction box) so I have surrender my Fixed Wireless Phone on 2nd June 10.
But on 2nd June, 3rd June no body has turn up so as a last resource I have to contact your honour and request your P.A. to help me on 4th June as on both days I have repeatedly request Shri Chauhan over phone. And she has helped me and the telephone was installed at my residence at 3.30p.m. on 4th June 10 and they advised me the line will work after two to three hours. At 5.30p.m. enquiry call was received from the field staff regarding telephone and I request them there is too much DISTURBANCE IN LINE AND REQUET THEM TO DO NEEDFUL.
But they have installed line under pressure from higher authority so they brought defective piece of phone while lifting the receiver the red light is not being glow and there is too much voice and within second the dial tone is away.
But with deep sorrow I have to state that they have not done any thing as they have to install the line under pressure from your office. SO UNDER BIAS MIND THEY HAVE INSTALL THE PHONE BUT IT IS OF NO USE.
Today again I have requested Shri Chauan Sir to do needful into the matter but till time there is no out come.
I AM AFRAID THAT DUE TO THEIR BIAS MIND MY PHONE BILL BE ON VERY HIGH SIGHT. AT THIS JUNCTION I WANTS TO CLERIFY THAT I HAVE TAKEN “PLAN 500” AND IN NO CASE MY BILL WILL CROSS Rs.500.00(Rupees five hundred only).
So I request your honour to look into the matter and if necessary please refer the matter to vigilance dept. and the telephone must be under observation so that if any thing go wrong can be rectified.
I once again request your honour to do needful into the matter.

Res.Sir, Again Mr. Chauhan has proved him as highly influenced person as he is not afraid of General Manager. After instalation of line on 4th June at around 5.30p.m. hardly four to five days the line was working properly. On 16th I have received phone from Exchange whether line is working or Not? They may have taped the phone and after receipt of phone within five minutes the line becomes dead. After repeated request to Shri Chauhan Sir over phone from 16th June to 18th June 10 the line was reparied at 4.30P.M. and again today i.e. on 19th June 10 at about 4.00 p.m. call received from exchange whether the phone is working or not? and
"WITH BAD INTENSE REPEAT "WITH BAD INTENSE "AND WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT THE PHONE GETS DEAD WHY I AM TELING WITH BAD INTENSION AS TOMORROW IS "SUNDAY" & IS HOLIDAY AND HE HAS DONE THE PHONE DEAD AFTER OFFICE HOURS SO MY TELEPHONE WILL START ONLY AFTER NOON OF MONDAY
Sir, have you got any remidies for this or I have to go to consumer court or to surrander the phone? as all these are being done with bad intension and WITH BIAS MIND. I REQUEST YOU I MAY BE CHARGED BILL ONLY FOR THAT DAYS ON WHICH MY TELEPHONE IS WORKING. ALSO MY PREVIOUS COMPLAIN IS PENDING OR MY FEAR IS THAT MY BILL WILL BE HIGH AS HE IS VERY VERY HIGHLY INFULENT PERSON. UNDER ANY CIRCUMTENSES MY BILL MUST NOT CROSS Rs. 500.00(Rupees five hundred only).i.e. to say I am not using the minimum free calls available to me.
Sir, whether u can help me or not? or I have to approch to Govt. of India Dept. of Telecommunication and/or any further higher authority to reslove my problem? Please advise me.
