I would like to inform you. I Sneh Lata,I have been using a telephone for
last 5 to 6 year. My telephone no & Address is 011-22829748 / House No E-163 East babar Pur Krishna Gali No - 04 Shahdara Delhi - 110032. Your services is very
good. But some last few days. My telephone connection is not running well.
I have already booked the complaints manytimes. some linemen was come on my home. That time the problem had solved but just only for 2 or 3 days afterthat the problem was same. today phone has dead I dont know why. you are taking any action for solve

But there is no response . Nobody take the phone for hearing my problem.
I would like to request you. Pls. solve my problem urgent bases & Pls change telephone set also
