I have MTNL connection no.25431849 in the name of Mr. Dev Raj Mahajan which dont have dial tone from last one and a half months, i registered the complaint as on 6th of sep2010 having complaint no.1102, but no action has been taken so far, still MTNL send me the bill of Rs772 for the period for which i dont get the services. The concerned authority must take some quick action to solve my problem .
