I have a very bad experience from MTNL mumbai. I lodge 3 compalins - 1) No. CCJ1004257652 dated 21/04/10 , 2) No. CC1004265823 dated 26/04/10 and 3) No. CC1005286227 dated 14/05/10 regarding call dropping problem and SMS sending failure.

In all cases customer care associates told me that the problem has been attended but still no improvement.
