I am the end user of BSNL since 20.08.1997..
Bill dispute arised during August 2010
Payment by cheq dt. 12.02.2011 being deposited for reconnection by 26.05.2011.
Reason for Disconnection / Reconnection not known.
Reconnection letter received on 23.05.2011 asking me to come for reconnection mela on 20.05.2011 and 21.05.2011.
Now the Phone is connected to others ... How and Why....
got reply from the authorities that the computers are programmed such that the lines are automatically transferred to some other new comers....

Could any one hlep me to get the same number at the earliest since I lived with this number almost 14 years of my life (1/4 of the human life approx).
