Sir,

My BSNL landline with no.2905318 is dead for last 60 days, and reported the complaint. Till today no action is being taken. I received zero meter reading and their fixed charges. This is the type of service we are getting from BSNL.

Default bsnl landline not working

BSNL is a complete nonsense depertment. Mine (080 b25619767) is also not working for 15 days and after 4-5 complain no action has been taken. I have the complain number, but they are now saying there is no complaint register, and some other call centre lady says there are several complaint registered and they are sending reminder.
BSNL is completely useless.
