    Default Never opt for tataindicom-worst service

    I have taken Tataindicom with 17 connections(group) in a Chittoor of AP. Now only 3 are using it.They called meup and changed walky instument. I have spent about Rs.2000 for repairs and replacements for the last one year. Now again repair costing Rs.1800/-.. I surrendered and complained about this to customer care.They called many times and they promise to replace soon free of cost and closed the complaint. After one month i have not recieved phone but recieved new Bill...Stupid call centre and ugly service.. Dont tieup with this guys at all

    This is in reference to your complaint number 183174 regarding your Tata Indicom number 8572652225.This is a confirmation that your request has been resolved. --
    Any way i opt for BSNL and i have already changed my phone no. So please dont dig the issue again..Thanks for your prompt reply

    Default Very Poor Services of Tata Data Cards at Chittoor

    We are using presently 5 number tata Data cards for our corportae.
    But very unfortunate thing is the services are very poor. Poor in the sense it is not tolerable at any cost.
    if any problem arises there is no right person to attempt the same.

    Even if we try over phone to contact them the first call they will attend and then after they will not bother to pick the phone also.

    For Instance regarding one demand notice received against one cancelled number, when we have tried to enquire with the local people(Tata Office, Chittoor) they have told that by confirming from the higher authories they will revert us,and they have taken Contact Number also. We have waited one day for their reply but we did not get the same and when we have called, they are not pickking the phone. After picking the phone also they are responding in such a way that their higher authorities are not available since they does not have answer to reply so they have decided not to pick the phone.

    Since that is a demand notice we are worrying to give a reply immediately where as these people are taking the same in a light way.

    This is only one example happened presently. But these type of experiences was more happened with me.
