I applied for a new airtel landline 2mbps unlimited connection. they checked and told me the ports are available. So i handed over a cheque work 999 and registration form to them. They withdrew the money. But now they are saying no ports are available. So i told them please cancel the connection. they are saying that my connection is on hold. so cannot be cancelled. once the ports are available then the connection will be provided. i asked them when the port will be available. they said the dont know. its been couple of months now. neither i am getting my money back nor they r giving the connection.
