i have one bsnl landline connections(0674-2594279) in which since last 1-2 years am facing lots of disturbance in the lines for which we have several times lodged compaints at the concerned departments office but till date no resolution done, inspite of rectifying the problem customer care asks me to contact sdo and when i call sdo either there is nobody to receive the call or donot bother to hear me and disconnect the call.There are even irregularity of receipt of telephone bill .please help me
