I had installed a landline telephone connection bearing No.011- 30221274 at my residence 74-Vasant Apartments, Mayur Vihar Ph-I, Delhi-91 in the Year 2006. The landline had STD and ISD facilities and a Security amount of Rs.3000/- was paid by me to Reliance Communications for installing ISD on my landline connection. The telephone connection was disconnected by me in the year 2009 and the telephone instrument was also surrendred to the company rep. However, even after a lapse of one year, the company has not refunded my Security of Rs.3000/-.

I would therefore like to request you to please look into the matter and refund the Security Deposit held by you with interest thereon since all bills have been paid and there was nothing outstanding by Reliance Comm against me.

Have u received the amount now. I have some due amt to be paid which they insist to pay if I am looking to get my security money back. Seeing your situation I am unwilling to pay. Comments invited.
