I had BSNL land line connection (Ph No. 01382 231529) at Kotdwara, Uttarakhand.

I Transfered to Ghaziabad and hence surrender the above mentioned landline connection on 28/02/2008. I had paid all the due amount and nothing was pending at the time of submitting application to disconnect of phone. In fact after verification of bills & dues they accepted the application.

It was told by office of SDE Telephones, Kotdwara that the cheque of innitial amount Rs 1000/- depositted (refundable) will be refund and sent through post.

I have mailed the scan copy of all documets like 1. last bill & its payment receipt, 2. Application to discinnect the phone & its receipt in the office of SDE Telephones and 3. Demand note in support of innitial depositted amount.

Almost 4years has past but still the amount of Rs 1000/- is not settled. Please help me to get my money back.
