Concern Team,

This is Vikas Rastogi & I am using a MTNL Land line connection since last 6 months & submitted all the payments time to time.But my land line connection connection is not working Land-line connection since 15 Days I have submitted 6 online complaints since 10 Oct- 2011, but there is response fro MTNL side, they closed all complaints but my land-line connection still not working.
