I had submitted my Fixed Wireless Phone(FWP) Phone No - 02613240399 at Reliance Web World Express. Address UG/320, Shiv shakti complex, Ram Chowk, Ghod Dhod Road, Surat on 08/12/2009 along with all the documents. I have visited many times at above address, I have mailed at customer care on 2'nd Feb they have given me service request ID 118851789 which they have told to respond in two days but they did not respond. Again I have mailed on 8'th March but my refund did not come. Then I have called Mr Sudhir Bhadani (Nodal Officer)on 21/04/2010 where Mr Niraj had taken all details but have not responded till no and I have not received the deposite.

I had receipt of my deposite of Rs. 1000.00 I have also told to deduct my last bill dues from my deposite which I had given in writing when I submitted the phone.
