I own an STD PCO in Wadgaon Sheri area.I am a senior citizen.My phone is out of service since last 45days.
Inspite of giving repeated complaints there is no response from the BSNL office.
i launched complaint in wadgaonsheri exchange on 24th feb'2011 , Mr. Rajan who is incharge of this area does not take the notice of my complaint.I tried to reach him on his mobile no. but he does not respond to it. This person is pathetic.

I escalated the complaint to Mr. Controllu who is the incharge of Yerwada exchange ,by repeated phone calls and also launched complaint in written, but not use.

Please suggest me what do i do now.Though my phone is out of service i get bills ever month, BSNL does not provide waiver on phone bill saying its an STD PCO, u have to pay the bill.
