Hi,

I applied for Airtel landline connection on 10/07/2010 (Application No: CH1038897)

When i applied i made the payment of 1000/- and Airtel support enginner provided the allocated land line no to me. he mentioned that number in my application form also.

Now they gave me a different number without any indimation. when i checked with airtel they are saying that number is allocated to someone else. Now if i want to cancel the connection as per airtel i ll loose my 1000 rs. and they cannot provide the number which allocated to me before. Kindly let me know shall i raise a complaint for this issue

my landline is working since 2 weeks. airtel peoples are not rsponded
