I had installed a tata walky landline telephone connection bearing No.011- 65839872 in the name of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Verma at my residence Qr no 1917 timarpur, delhi-54 on 30/12/2004. The landline had STD facilities and a Security amount of Rs.1000/- was paid by me to tata teleservices limited for installing my landline connection. The telephone connection was disconnected by me in the year 2009 and the telephone instrument was also surrendered to the company rep. However, even after a lapse of one year, the company has not refunded my Security of Rs.1000/-.

I would therefore like to request you to please look into the matter and refund the Security Deposit held by you with interest thereon since there are no dues to be paid and there was nothing outstanding by tata teleservices limited against me.
