I am consumer of phone no. 27105481 with broadband connection doing business of telemarketing now suffering loss in my business last 5-6 days my phone no is dead and internet also not working but not taken any action till date either i had made complant two times on 6th july complain no. 2596 after 3 days again made complain but i wondering tthe complain has removed without any action and again given me complain no. 1909 on dated 9th july 2010 if you overview our phone record 1 months before it was noisey upto 25 days so we suffer on our business due to not working internet.
sorry to say its too much and bothering you that mtnl shuold realise the genuine problem and taking necessory action to regularise my phone and internet keep pressure on duty personnel for their awareness
and adjust our billing amount which we paid upto deptt standard / rules and regulations. PLEASE REPLY US THE NEW UPDATES SOON
