Reliance Communications...a big name but very cheap and small in their deeds.Reliance Customer service is the poorest of all the telcom companies.Customer service reps are like parrots repeating the same things over and over again without even " thinking" somebody's problem could be different from the others.
I took reliance lanline connection in April ,I had requested for reliance to reliance all over India free package.After 2 months they started charging me for a reliance number.Now every month this number is charged and I have to get in touch with customer service to sort this out.Last 3 times I got the waiver but in the process to get everything sorted my phone remains barred for the first 2 weeks of the month.I had spoken to a superior in Mumbai in August and he had promised me that this problem will be sorted and the number will not be charged again.But every month out of 12 calls made to this number 2-3 are charged.Why cant Relaince deal with its ERRATIC BILLING SYSTEM?
