Harrasment / bad words by local Reliance Executive Mr. Rahul Thakur, his mobile no. 093578-97619

Hi, This is Deepak from Jalandhar, Punjab. Last Wednesday (15-09-2010) i applied for one Reliance postpaid landline walky. Reliance Executive Mr. Rahul Thakur, his mobile no. 093578-97619 (from Webworld, Shastri Market, Jalandhar Branch) came to my office & took my id proof alonwith photgraph & signatures. But he did not appear back for another three days. On my call to him on Saturday, he came to my office again on Monday (20-09-10) & handover me the walky handset & taken Rs. 1,350/- towards its charges but not gave any bill / cash receipt. Though he promised me that the same will be provided by half an hour or by evening, but again he did not provided what he promised. He also told me that number will be activated within evening but the same was not done. Next day i called up him again to get the number activated & it took another two hours to get it activated (though i activated only inthe evening after reaching home, it is 0181-3294948).
Though all the verifications were done before activation of the number, but still my parents (who are very old in their eighties) received the calls for remittance of id proof, documents which were handed over to the above said executive & verified by them before starting the phone. Yesterday, i called the same executive to resolve the issue & i also asked for the bills / cash receipt. He said, he will send email to concerned person not to call up again for any docs. But today again a call was received in my absence by my parents & they informed that they want to talk to me as i bought this phone on my name. I again contacted above said Reliance executive to stop such calls. He said he can do nothing but to send the email to concerned person & while i was on hold, he talked to his senior sitting with him, as per my hearing he called him as Sandeep for the problem & when he returned to me he said can not do much. I said in that case i will return the phone in your office & make a complaint to your higher authrities. I was shocked to hear his response, he said "DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO? YOU WANT TO RETURN THE PHONE, YOU CAN. BUT YOU CAN'T TAKE BACK THE MONEY FROM HIM. HIS WORK IS NOT RUNNING JUST BECAUSE OF ME. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE ASKING HIM FOR JUSTICE BUT ALL IN WASTE."

HIS WORDINGS IN LOCAL LANGUAGE (PUNJABI) WAS "TU JO KAR SAKDA KAR LE, PHONE WAAPIS KARNA KAR DE, PAR MERE TO PAISE WAAPIS NAI LE SAKDA, IK TERE KARKE MERA KAM NAI CHALDA HAI, TERE WARGE 3600 TAKRAAN MAARDE PHIRDE HAN".

I thought yes, he is right, how can i claim my money back, when he has not even given me the bills, despite my continous requests. SO THE POINT IS THAT RELIANCE IS HIRING SUCH KIND OF PEOPLE WHO MAY FIRST ASK YOU TO BUY THE PHONE IN VERY POLITE WORDS BUT THEY SHOW THEIR ORIGINAL CHARACTER AFTER THE SALE HAS BEEN DONE & CUSTOMER IS RUNNING BEHIND THEM FOR SOLUTION.

NOW AS SOON AS I WILL RECEIVE THE BILL COPIES, I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST THAT MISBEHAVIOR RELIANCE RELIANCE EXECUTIVE, HIS SENIOR SANDEEP & THE RELIANCE FOR PROVIDING SUCH BAD SERVICE JUST IN BEGINING. Though i am having mobile & landline services from other service providers too, but never faced such bad service at all.

PLEASE LET ME NOW HOW CAN YOU HELP ME IN THE MATTER AS I DONT EVEN WANT SEE THAT STUPID EXECUTIVE IN FRONT OF ME.
