Hello

I have raised a termination request at Reliance web world, Ankleshwar, Gujarat on 01/10/2010 for my reliance landline phone, but still I haven’t received my deposit back.

I can see (In my online Ril a/c) my last bill was generated on 17-Oct-10(Bill No.:323378572437) and as per it my 1942 INR is with reliance.

Details of termination request are given below. When I surf net I found there are lot of people facing same problem. I don’t know what to do and how to recover my money Please advise me.
