I could not get connected to my Residence Land Line No.0476-2693190
for the last one week. The line is perfectly OK, and can get connected from other
Net Work. Some body in your Customer Care told me that there is some Net working Problems in your Net work. I am very much need to contact with the above Number, regularly. When your Net working problems will be solved? and When I can contact with my residence to talk to my family.?

Pl. look into this and forward your reply immediately, othewise I have to surrender my existing connection with your esteemed Moble provder.
