    Default Tata docomo

    One person from Tata Teleservice ltd called me up on october 27th, 2011 and offer me a new connection. When I refused stating that we already have a tata landline (03365265217) they offer me that the existing landline will be rental free for lifetime without any extra payment if we agree to take the new connection. I agreed that and the next day one of their representative came to me house with the new handset along with a mobile set for which they charge 1000 for the walky set and 1100 for the mobile set both are meant for post paid connection. confused by their lucrative offer I take both the handset. The salesperson provide me a bill of Rs.2100 on behalf of Cutting Edge Services (Challan no 448) I paid then with a cheque of SBI dhakuria(Cheque no:824478) of the same amount. The sales person assured me that the existing landline will be rental free as soon as I pay the next bill. The new connection was on and the number given 03364585647. The problem begins when after payment I contact customer care and asked them for the free rental for my old number that is 03365265217. They simply deny the fact and inform me if I want to get the free rental i must pay the stipulated charge. I inform them that I was told that it will be automatically converted without giving any extra amount. The representative from customer care stats that there is no such information. I told them to close the new connection as I am not willing to continue it anymore. They inform me as soon as I paid the unbill amount it will be closed. At that moment my unbill amount was 79/-. I immediately paid the total unbill amount and lodged a complaint. But all in vain. Now they calling me almost everyday asking to pay the rental charge for the new number.

    I request to take this matter seriously.

    Default Misbehave from TATA docomo representative

    I am sorry to say that all my complain went into vein as today I face a threat from one calling from 3366112900 at 2:42 p.m, harass me with his acid words and threat me to pay the billed amount otherwise legal action will be taken against me. When I report him that i had made a complaint against this number and I wanted to surrender the connection since december 2011, for that I paid my unbilled amount as soon as i informed that until and unless i paid my unbilled amount my connection cannot be terminated he just said me that you are fulfilling your need and now you are denying to pay the bill. when you people want to push sell your connection you are so polite and understanding and full of false promises. As i also post here my problem seeking the help and Tata indicom also posted a reply citing the docket number 292350347 and promising me to help in this matter. But after todays event it is clear to me that tata indicom is not at all care for their brand name and in forum they are promising something but in real they are using their paid rouges to threat the customer I am using another walky, a docomo mobile connection and tata photon after the brand name TATA. But now I want to get rid of all those as soon as possible.
