We have been continuously been harrassed by tata docomo , when we have requested for cancellation of landline connection . It has been a long time since we have been trying to disconnect the tata telephone no: 3365354196, A/c no:800502787. i had been asked to clear the outstanding bills and only then the connection would be cancelled .Since then six months have passed and we have lodged repeated complaints, but bills have been continued to be raised on us and the connection is also not cancelled .I was said again to clear the bills only then will the connection be cancelled,This time we were given a waive off of Rs 858 and we paid the balance via cheque of Rs 658, and have send and intimation via email and the person who collected the payment was also intimated and he assured us that our connection would be cancelled .Now then after some time we receive a bill of Rs 167 and we are said again to clear the bill and intimate us ,When asked why this amount is raised after the final payment of Rs 658 they say that you did not intimate us after making the payment ,so till the time you intimate us , we will raise extra amount whether the connection is in use or not ,since past few months there hasn't been a single minute of usage since the landline had stopped working.
Intimation via email was sent on 13th jan 2012 ,end chq dated 28 dec 2011 was paid ,and also when the payment was made intimation was made to the person who collected the cheque.
Please look into this matter and oblige.
