We are having Tata indicom Landline plus wireless internet connection since a year. We had requested to customer sevice to have parallel connection. We had made a request before one month and till date the problem has not resolved, we are regular bill paying customer. We had a talk with customer service executives, their officer Mr. Manish, but he was no able to tell us tha how much time it will take to solve our request. After that we had requested to the senior officer Mr. Shailendra, Pune, he promised us to solve our problem as well as he will personally give us a call and tell us that when the problem will get solved but we have not received any call neither mail, no intimation about the problem.
We are requesting you to see into this matter and get our problem solved. I personally know that its a very small issue but we are getting harrased and fed up of that.
