As I have a received a call from ur side on 22nd Sept. that Engineer will come & change the H/s model.As Engineer has not visited & problem has not been resolved yet.

As u have also replied me but i dont think that you are taking follow up of my complain, as i have mailed you before 4 days & yet problem was not resolved.

Hoping for the positive reply & resolved as soon as possible.
