On 3rd June 2010, I sent a request to close my landline and internet connection to Tata Indicom. There representative called me twice to confirm if I want to do it in mid-June. I sent about 4-5 requests to their nodal officer, appellate authority, and customer care but they still sending me bills for even the month of august and claiming that it is prpoer and I should pay the bill.
I have asked for refund of my July bill, to which they are saying that I have properly charged the august bill and I should pay it as well. Tata Indicom Account No. 972057457 |
