    Hello Sir/Madam

    I have a complain against TATA INDICOM TELEPHONE .A/C NO.603571007 NAME OF DIVYESH DOSHI AND ASSOCIATESFor my new office I had taken SIX NEW LINES From tata and told them to transfer our TWO OLD LINES from our old office which are taken from TATA only.We told them to do it as soon as possible and told them to do CENTREX IN TOTAL NINE LINES (SIX NEW +TWO OLD+1 MY HOME PHONE WHICH IS ON MY PERSONAL NAME) (EIGHT LINES ARE OF COMPANY'S NAME)
    Now my problems are.....
    1)TATA 's sales person VIJAYENDRA come to meet us to sell lines in JUNE END ...He suggest us to take 300 BUSINESS POOLING PLAN ...We told OK and told him to activate this plan .firstly he told within 7 days all your new lines will start ,your old lines will be transfer, and centrex and your new plan will activated .........but all things he told ,he had done nothing .it took nearly one and half month to transfer and do centrex in our lines till that i was not writing mails more but i used to do call on their customer service centre 121 no. so it was delayed so long .Than when i got my first bill i come to know that whatever plan we told that tata salesman person vijayendra he had not activated and pooling in our plan is also not activated.....so again i started calling on 121 and told them what is this ....VIJAYENDRA (9223389996)has not activated that plan which we told them ..
    Then on 121 company (TATA)Told me to go to their outlet which is located at VIKAS PARADISE MULUND(W) OFFICE....When i went there i told this is my problem that i told differant plan and your sales person didn't activated that plan ....than why i will pay my bill which come higher because he had not activated the proper plan they told MAM YOUR PROBLEM IS RIGHT WE SEND THAT PERSON but he was fraud and now he is not working with our company ....
    Now in this whose fault is this COMPANY'S OR MINE???????????
    THAN ALSO I PAID THE BILL ....AND SIDE BY SIDE I CALLED THEM UP TO DO IT AS I WANT .....
    Again 15 days gone they always tell that within 24 hours we will solve the problem .........and till today the problem is not solved...now from last 4 to 5 days company is telling me in mail that we cant activate pooling plan in old lines your SIIX LINES ARE ALSO NOW OLD LINES OF THREE MONTHS ....SEE THIS IS A CHEATING AND FRAUD FROM THE COMPANY SIDE THEY HAD NOT ACTIVATE POOLING PLAN EARLIER WHEN I CALLED THEM UP AND FROM 14-9-2011 I AM DOING MAILS ALSO ...AT THAT TIME THEY DONT TOLD US NOW AFTER 3 MONTHS THEY ARE TELLING THIS TO CUSTOMER .....THIS IS A CHEATING ....
    My request is this ,that what is the solution of this ....
    i want the same plan which was sold to me by COMPANY'S SALES PERSON ...And the waiver of my total two bills which i paid more and one thing more company's senior person JAGRUTI,VIKRAM SAGAR ,ETC.told me that you pay the bills .,and when we activate the plan which you want we will give waiver for that amount...
    if you want any details you tell me we will provide you ...but i want justice ...
    revert me ....be needful....
