tata indicom landline i purchased nearly five to six years before i paid 1000rs as deposit i have one acknowledgement in that it is clearly mentioned that after cancellation 1000rs deposit willrefundable but the land line should be in working condition but now they telling they dont have any deposit my question is without deposit how they gave me the land line and with deposit how they activated .
