Hi i have been TATA INDICOMS customer for over 5 years now ,i had registered complaint regarding walky handset which had stopped working since 17th july and was replaced only after complaining thru this consumer forum on 30th aug 2010 After replacement of the h/s i was assured by tata customer care that i will be compensated by them by not charging me anything since my walky h/s was completely dead for more than 45 days but to my surprise that they never waived any charges instead kept charging me late payment fee of rs 100 every month u ,i still paid my bill but i never paid any late payment fees ,im so fed up that i dont feel like speaking to their customer service at all coz theres no one who could help,and now what had happened is that even after paying my last bill they havent activated my outgoing service and instead they have sent me letter that i m liable to pay the charges of rs 317(which im not going to pay) or else i would face legal action from TATA INDICOM ... this is how a customer is treated whos been with this company for more than 5 years .nothing worse can be xpected from this company .....Since MNP is already launched i would like to know if theres any way i can switch my landline no to another provider ....coz i just hate this company now ....
