Tata indicom walky (worst customer service)

    Default Tata indicom walky (worst customer service)

    Hi i have been TATA INDICOMS customer for over 5 years now ,i had registered complaint regarding walky handset which had stopped working since 17th july and was replaced only after complaining thru this consumer forum on 30th aug 2010 After replacement of the h/s i was assured by tata customer care that i will be compensated by them by not charging me anything since my walky h/s was completely dead for more than 45 days but to my surprise that they never waived any charges instead kept charging me late payment fee of rs 100 every month u ,i still paid my bill but i never paid any late payment fees ,im so fed up that i dont feel like speaking to their customer service at all coz theres no one who could help,and now what had happened is that even after paying my last bill they havent activated my outgoing service and instead they have sent me letter that i m liable to pay the charges of rs 317(which im not going to pay) or else i would face legal action from TATA INDICOM ... this is how a customer is treated whos been with this company for more than 5 years .nothing worse can be xpected from this company .....Since MNP is already launched i would like to know if theres any way i can switch my landline no to another provider ....coz i just hate this company now ....

    thanx for responding in positive way to my complaint...i would really appreciate if youll could guide me how i can move this a/c to prepaid coz i dont think i would like to continue being a postpaid customer any more ...coz billing issues are there and they will continue ..so please throw some light on this ...

    Angry Tata walky complaint

    I have been using TATA walky since last 6 years. Last year the instrument developed fault due to battery problem and since then the instrument is dead. We were forced to pay Rs.965 in July 2010 for the line which was not working .. In spite of giving a written complaint for disconnection of the same number , the line is still not disconnected. We received a legal notice from Advocates from TATA telecom, to which we replied giving all the details, also we have send copies of the letter to TATA Telecom H/o at Hyderabad and also to local TATA Telecom office. We were continuously receiving bills for the same number every month without fail. The bill amount however was waived off due to helpful nature of Shri Patel at Marol naka office (TATA Telecom local office) in November. But still we are receiving bills and the TATA bill collection Department is continuously harassing us for payment of dues for a number which is not working since last one year. Please help

    Default worst tata teleservices customer care

    I am using TATA handset since 6 years and account no 203733380.
    my phone stopped working for 1 month and inspite of repeated complaints ,no one repaired it and they sent me full bill .i spoke to the customer care and they promised me a revised bill which never came .phone was repaired but as i did not pay bill ,phone was disconnected in march but bill kept coming for every month.in may i complained at their web site and they answered by mail that issue is solved but in june again notice came for payment with interest .i conatcted mr anurag at their services but he was also rude in talking.their touts keep threatening me about bill payment,so i am going to pay the bill today which is not a huge sum ..now i want to know what can be done with this behaviour.

    Angry Tata Indicom Sucks - Non replacement of faulty instrument

    This is in regards to my tata walky no. 0120-6494299. I purchased tata indicom walky (delta walky plus) on 8/6/11 from Tata Indicom exclusive store - M/S Excellent

    communications (Mayur Vihar, Delhi). Within one month of purchase, the FM base of the walky stopped working. I called innumerable times at the indicom customer care,

    mailed them endless times but to no avail. Their nodal officer (Manoj Semwal) also gives no response to any of the mails / phone calls.

    After chasing customer care for more than 15 days, finally Tata indicom junior engineer came. After checking the base of the delta walky plus, he gave me a DOA form

    and said to take it to service centre for replacement. I took it to the service centre mentioned by him which is in South Delhi (Lajpat nagar) which is very far from

    my place. But they simply refused to entertain me saying I should contact my seller. I even contacted my seller (Harish - 9212519111 from M/S Excellent communications,

    Mayur Vihar, Delhi). Initailly he said that as I've DOA form, he will come and replace the faulty set. But then he stopped picking my phone.I am really fed up of all

    these running from pillar to post. Via this forum, I would like to tell Tata Indicom that they have got two choices -

    1) Send a replacement for the delta walky plus base asap.
    2) Disconnect my connection and refund my full money.

    Else I'll have to drag Tata Indicom into consumer court.

    I didn't expect such poor service from Tata. I'll NEVER EVER subscribe anything from TATA group. I just want to alert everyone that if you are using any of the tata

    services then do it at your own risk as IT IS A SIN to use tata services.

    HI ,

    I have a TATA PHOTON PLUS and it is the worst ever service provided.Iit has the worst customer care.This lady called me and she was literally shouting to me over phone to pay to certain agent.I told her that I will be paying at the TATA indicom office by evening which is on my way but she was insisting that she would send some agent and I shoul pay to her only.

    Their manner and way of talking is like cheap and she had no sense to talk .I am ashamed of such services being given by these stupid people.

    The speed is waste,the billing has anything they want,they never updated the plan I asked for Its just too much.,

    Be careful of this number its from hyderabad and the number is040-65143513
