    Angry tata indicom is worst in customer service

    This regarding my tata indicom walky phone no:0129-6467116.That is on my name company is continuously billing me for rents and services but the set is down for atleast 10days a month i want the company to reimberese back my money i am an authorised oxygenretailer and uses this machine for telecom bill payment my day to day workout is getting deffered and i want company to act promptly.but they have never been there in the scene every month i have to register compalints and take follow up but they are not able to solve m y problem this set is creating problems for last 6 months so amny times compalints have been registered the latest one is:-222983757 for 5th june 2010 12 pm talked to raju
    t222724897 for 3rd june 2010(mr.ashwini kumar hod call centre
    talked with mr.ravinder singhstomer representative. ref no:-619570529

    Default Cheating customers

    I am a tata walky prepaid subscriber.One day i called cc 5-6 times.after that my no. got de-barred.i submitted a complaint.the rep. said that if you call cc 3 times in a day, your no. gets blocked.I asked him why this is not told to me before, he said that it is not our duty to tell each customer.such a pathetic response i never expected from a so called mnc co. rep.
