My phone no.0120-6768163 was installed on 22.8.11 but I have been billed from 13.7.11 the application date. My various complaints to the company have not been addressed so far and the company has barred outward and inward calling till I pay the unreasonable and untenable bill of Rs.2000 approx. Please help
