I have Tata Indicom Connection for the past 12 Months & my number is 66157550. Ever since I have taken the connection & every time I call the customer service, they tell me that my status in their system is disconnected & Hence I will have to visit the nearest service center at Fort, Mumbai which I did 3 times. But still the problem is not solved. Inspite of this, I am also getting bills regularly for which I have made payments also.

And now for the past 5 days, I am not able to receive any calls. If some one tries to call me, then the line get disconnected & the caller is also charged for the call which is not made. Again I called the service center & they gave me the same old story that my connection is disconnected as per their system & hence I will have to visit the nearest service center.

I am been harassed by Tata for the past 12 months & in-spite of regular complaints, no action has been taken. Only assurance is given in the name of action.
