I had a MTNL Landline number 01129561103 at my previous residence i.e. 113-J, Sector-IV , Pushp Vihar, New Delhi - 110017 on the name of my mother " Heera Devi". We are now moved to our new residence at E-Extension, Plot Number-9, Shyam Vihar, Phase-I, Najafgarh, New Delhi- 110043(Near by 25 foot road) and we have submitted an application request for transferring the MTNL Landline number to our current permanent residence address. Its been more than 5 months nobody has contacted us for the same , we tried to reach out the MTNL office at Najafgarh , as per them they have received the transfer request around 5 months ago however the MTNL line was faulty in our colony and every time we reach out to them they say it will be done in next few days. We have already visited the Najafgarh MTNL office many times(more than 10 times) and we have spoken to the Area manager also but still there is no action taken by the MTNL persons. They keep on saying this will be done in next few days and nothing has been done in last 5 months.In our locality other people already have MTNL connections.

It's really a pain and mental torture for us as all of us are working and we are not able to chase the MTNL staff and on top of that they are not at all enough helpful and giving us the right information.
Kindly do the needful, I am seeking for a help to figure out this issue and can have the MTNL Landline with broadband.
